Dodi Rose will lead this cooking workshop where we will explore how to use healthy, whole alternatives to refined sugars, flours and dairy products. She will demonstrate three easy “no-bake” dessert recipes: (gluten-free and vegan!).  Two kinds of Chocolate Mousse – one raw and one not plus Haupia- Purple Sweet Potato Pie with no bake crust.
